Low Season:
1 January – 30 April, 7 September – 17 December
High Season:
1 May – 6 September, 18 December – 31 December

Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation up to one week prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded unless the guest suite is subsequently re-let, when a full refund will be supplied.

Cancellations 3 - 6 days prior to arrival: 25% refund of the deposit.

No refunds for cancellations one or two days before check-in.

Take the 17th Street Bridge in Courtenay and turn left. Follow the road round and turn right onto Ryan. Go up the hill and turn right at Lerwick. At the first lights turn right onto Valley View Drive.
